These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk1111 ("pk1111", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk1111 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pk1111.net (the "Platform").

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active pk1111 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pk1111 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification

All financial transactions on the pk1111 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

pk1111 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pk1111 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. pk1111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.3 Fees

pk1111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pk1111's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Refused Transactions

pk1111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, pk1111 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

pk1111 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and the Win Drop prize drop mechanic. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits stated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.

All content on the pk1111 Platform — including but not limited to the pk1111 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pk1111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the pk1111 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk1111's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pk1111 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1111 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

pk1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
